AWARDS COMMITTEE
InterNACHI® Member of the Year/Gromicko Award
Article 1: Introduction
The InterNACHI® Member of the Year program was created to publicly recognize an InterNACHI® member for superior performance during the calendar year January 1st through December 10th.
Article 2: Description of Program Criteria
The award will be presented to any InterNACHI® member selected based on exceptional contributions to InterNACHI®, fellow members, and their local community in the following ways:
I. | performs to help improve the service, quality and image of InterNACHI® and the inspection profession; |
II. | exemplifies professionalism and dedication to excellence by putting forth extra effort to ensure consumers are serviced properly; |
III. | provides extra time and effort to help new members on and off the forum by assisting in how to operate a home inspection business and help answer or interpret their daily field questions on the forum. |
IV. | The InterNACHI® Awards Committee is the final authority of the issuance of this, and any, award offered. |
Article 3: Eligibility
I. | Any staff or members compensated by InterNACHI will not be eligible for this Award. |
II. | Members who have received an Award will not be eligible for the same Award in the same category again. |
III. Voting is limited to members who are regularly active on the forum and will be voted on by the awards committee only.
Article 4: Nomination Guidelines
Nominations will be confined to the members who are active on the message board. The method of voting will be determined by the Awards Committee for each award and the Awards Committee is the final authority the issuance of any award the committee offers.It is not the intent nor spirit of these Nomination Guidelines to self-nominate nor campaign. Self-nominations and campaigning will not be accepted and may result in disqualification of the nominee.
Nominations lacking substantial supporting documentation may be returned to the nominator for further documentation, verification or clarification, or not accepted at all.
Nominations will be confined to the members who are active on the Message Board and will be voted upon by the Awards Committee only.
The method of voting will be determined by the Awards Committee for each award.
