About IE/HD

Hello and welcome to the new chapter of home inspectors for InterNACHI covering the Inland Empire and High Desert of California. The chapter is designed to provide the pursuit of excellence in the area.

This chapter will assist those interested in the starting of their home inspection career and those who have been in the industry for years. InterNACHI provides the opportunities to succeed in the industry and stay on a successful path.

As the chapter is starting, we look forward to having you join. We are currently researching the best way to have meetings and the locations that we can hold them. In this we are looking at both physical locations in the Inland Empire and High Desert to rotate the locations as well as looking into virtual zoom meetings.

RULES

There are currently no dues required to join the chapter. In addition, current InterNACHI members qualify for 1 continuing education credit for each meeting attended. The attendees of the meetings are expected to act professional, courteous and respectful. (NO profanity, inappropriate gestures, disrespect, etc.) Cell phones are required to be put on silent/vibrate during meetings. It is understood that we are in a customer service business and if a call must be taken, step away from the group.

CHAPTER PRESIDENT

The chapter founder and president is Jasen Mattingly of Mountain JEM Home Inspections based out of Lake Arrowhead in the Inland Empire. The president organizes and conducts all chapter meetings unless another member has been appointed. Ideas and thoughts for topics should be emailed to the president for scheduling. This will allow members to have a voice in how to best move the chapter forward.

President contact: Jasen Mattingly, (909) 485-0504, mtn_jem@yahoo.com

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Sometimes the chapter will hold special events. These could consist of interchapter zoom meetings with other chapters from around the states and worldwide. These special events will be posted in advance on the chapter page.
