On a roof thats tall, steep, wet, etc it can be hard OR impossible to safely walk and inspect it WHILE with a drone that can often be done safely in 5-10 minutes without danger to the roof or inspector. Kyle is a licensed FAA Part 107 drone operator and will discuss the various benefits of using a drone, types of drones, how to get licensed, getting started with a drone, marketing your services, etc.

In this session, Ryan & Jeff will review various components of the electrical system in a home that you need to inspect including the Service Entrance, Main & Sub-Panel Boxes, Grounding & Bonding, Branch Wiring & Fixtures, Common Electrical Defects, Safety Hazards & Amateur Installations, Defects vsRecommendation for Safety Improvement and electrical safety issues, and new changes in the electrical codes for electrical components we inspect. Jeff was a licensed electrician and Ryan taught the electrical class for the PITI school.
