All Home Inspectors welcome to this Free Meeting!
EVERYONE is cordially invited to the next meeting of the Greater Birmingham Chapter of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI), Sunday March 18, at 2:00 PM at the Shakespeare room at Hoover Library. Do not miss this meeting. New and veteran home inspectors, as well as members of all other associations, are all welcomed. You need not be a member of NACHI to attend. Dress is casual if you like, as our meetings are informal and fun, the way they should be.

Ø The history of proposal bills HB312 / SB229 (Who, What, and When)
Ø The scary parts of HB312 / SB229
Ø Steps that have been made to fight these bills (Meetings….)
Ø AHIO – What is this organization and their purpose? Are they Good or Bad?
Ø What all this means to Present Home Inspectors and Future Home Inspectors?
Ø What can we do in the future to be more proactive?
