About the Central South Carolina InterNACHI Chapter

Welcome to the newly formed Central South Carolina Chapter of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI)! As a fresh extension of InterNACHI—the world’s largest trade organization for residential and commercial property inspectors—we are excited to promote the highest standards within the inspection industry in our region.

Our mission is to support, educate, and empower home inspectors across Central South Carolina, commonly known as the Midlands. We are committed to upholding values of professionalism, integrity, and excellence. Through ongoing education, comprehensive resources, and valuable networking opportunities, we aim to establish a community where our members lead in industry knowledge and best practices.

Who We Welcome

As a newly established chapter, we are building an inclusive and diverse community that welcomes both new and experienced home inspectors, as well as professionals from related fields. This includes real estate agents, construction industry experts, and small businesses connected to real estate—such as attorneys, bookkeepers, CPAs, and more. We are dedicated to fostering collaboration where different perspectives and expertise come together to strengthen our industry and support each other’s growth.
