WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Owens
Corning Roofing, a leading global producer of residential and commercial
building products, and InterNACHI, the world's largest organization of property
inspectors, together have developed a roof inspection pilot program that will
employ property inspectors and roofing contractors across the country.
InterNACHI members will be contracted as neutral third-party professionals, called Roof Data Technicians, deployed to homes that have experienced certain roof events to collect data.
"We think this is a win-win for Owens Corning Roofing and InterNACHI members," says Nick Gromicko, InterNACHI founder. He adds, ?We negotiated with Owens Corning to pay InterNACHI members a very fair fee to do these roof projects."
HOW DO I PARTICIPATE?
You have to attend the free event in Denver to participate in the program in Colorado. There is no cost to participate. All additional training and report software will be provided to members for free.
