Carl Grimes is President of Healthy Habitats LLC in Denver and
President of the Indoor Air Quality Association (IAQA). He is the
past Consensus Body Chair of the ANSI accredited Indoor Environmental
Standards Organization (IESO) and the current Chair of the
Procedural Development Committee. Mr Grimes also serves on the Editorial Advisory Board of the industry publication Indoor
Environment Connections and writes a bi-monthly opinion column.
He is a certified Healthy Home Specialist (HHS) as accrededited by
the National Environmental Health Association and a Certified
Indoor Environmental Consultant (CIEC) as accredited by the
American Council of Accredited Certifications, which is
independently accredited by the Council of Engineering and Science
Board. As Chair of the IAQA Home Health Committee he is an active liaison with HUD, CDC,
