issues related to indoor air quality. He has created trainings and instructed over 4000 realtors in a
four-hour Colorado Real Estate Continuing Education training course on mold.

(NBC) Denver, KDVR-TV (FOX) Denver and KWGN-TV (WB) Denver
Provided consulting for McStain Neighborhoods with over 100 inspections to date.
Provide consulting for Palace Construction Inc. building Nursing homes and communities.
Provide consulting for Milender White Construction Co. for The Beauvallon Condominium. Post
Remediation Verification Assessments for over 200 private condominium units.
He is actively involved with the IAQA Indoor Air Quality Association and has had training on
Meth labs, Mold, Asbestos and Lead Based Paint.
