This virtual course is designed for home inspectors who want to expand their services and skills by adding pre-drywall inspections. Home Inspectors who are currently conducting pre-drywall inspection can also benefit from a review of industry pre-drywall standards. Inspection and reporting requirements will be reviewed.
The course is divided into 2 sections. Eight hours of live on-line instruction followed by an optional 4 hours in the field at one or more homes under construction. Our instructors are recognized in the industry and well versed in residential construction techniques and are practicing NC home inspectors.

Attendees will come away with the knowledge and skills to confidently conduct pre-drywall inspection and boost their inspection skills and business.
Due to the hands-on nature the optional field training attendance is limited to 10 or less attendees. (Field training will be conducted in the Charlotte NC area)
