I want to share some information regarding the election of new board members. Serving on our board is a rewarding experience, and we invite both seasoned board members and first-time participants to consider running for a position.

For those of you who are currently serving and wish to continue, we truly value your ongoing commitment and expertise, and we encourage you to remain involved. At the same time, we would also like to highlight the opportunity for any members who have not yet served on the board to take on a role. Fresh perspectives and diverse ideas are key to our chapter’s growth, and we welcome new faces to step up and make an impact.

Upcoming 2-day TPREIA class in Georgetown

Join us for this exciting two-day event in Georgetown on November 22nd and 23rd, 2024. Both days begin at 8 AM and end at 5 PM and are approved for 8 hours of TREC CE credit.

On Friday, we are offering a TREC-required License Renewal class that is tailor-made to enrich your understanding of 'Inspector Legal & Ethics and SoP Review. This class is a must for your professional growth. Class #46863.

The Saturday class covers the International Residential Code Chapter 3. This chapter covers a wide range of items that every inspector should know. Class #49505.
