You will participate in a home inspection demonstration and learn to follow a "Standards of Practice" for properly inspecting a property. You will learn various methods to observe conditions, how to document them, and how to report them accurately.
This is an excellent opportunity for new inspectors as well as a great refresher for experienced inspectors looking for better ways of conducting inspections as we all learn from each other and share our experiences.
Cost is free for AlbertaAchi Members and is $99 for non-members.
