While we will be walking around a house for a portion of this course, but the objective is not to complete an inspection rather to understand how to complete inspections and how the SOP relates to the inspection and reporting of a home inspection.

Physical walk around of a property focusing on how different inspectors complete an inspection and how it relates to the SOP as well as reporting.

Participants input some comments into report based upon items from the mock inspection
