This course will start immediately after the AGM.
All members of the exec must attend this course.

Proposed Change to Association Bylaws
15. BYLAWS
15.1 The Bylaws may be rescinded, altered or added to by a "Special Resolution".
It is proposed to revise Article 17 by adding an appeal procedure under Section 17
Proposed Revision of Current Bylaws
Whereas an appeal process is required by the Societies Act.
Therefore be it resolved that the following clauses be added;
Article 17.4 Appeal Process
17.4.1 An individual has the right of appeal against the disciplinary action. This appeal must be lodged in writing with the executive committee of the Board of Directors.
17.4.2 Three members of the Executive shall
constitute the Disciplinary Appeal Board.
