1. InterNACHI Brotherhood of Certified Home Inspectors have the first meeting on November 7th 2023 at 7:00 pm and will last until 8:00 pm eastern standard time. The meeting is to introduce the new chapter to perspective attendees and have a round table for inspector's opinion on what they would like to see happen or change in the industry, discuss industry issues and challenges that inspectors have experienced. It will be a open discussion.
11-07-2023 Meeting was great! We were joined by Nick Gromicko. It is the best welcome to the club event to ask for. He stayed the whole hour talking to us about our success, what we should do and how we should do it as home inspectors.
12-14-2023 Meeting was great but had a few technical issues with internet connections. The meeting touched on several aspects of surveying a used home with additions, defects and improperly installed building materials, including protocol for reporting.
