Hello Everyone,
On 12-14-2023, Thursday at 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm eastern time is a Home Inspection Field Trip on Zoom.
There will be a member and guest meeting set up. It is for home inspectors that are wanting some general field trip experience or would like to participate in a mock home inspection.
We are setting the time based on the convenience for the four time zones. This meeting is for “still in school, graduated and thinking about going to school” participants and inspectors. There will be given out a data collection sheet (emailed) to make notes as if you are inspecting the property. Of course, we would like the experienced inspectors to come share your professional input because it would be helpful.
We will be using real inspection photos of a inspected house for illustration. We will go through what to do when you park the vehicle to how to leave the property when finished.
