Become a Certified Exterior Inspector
Complete the following four requirements:
- Join InterNACHI® as a member.
- Complete the Home Inspector Certification Requirements.
- Complete InterNACHI's online "How to Perform Exterior Inspections" course for free, or take the Exterior Inspections Training at InterNACHI’s Pennsylvania House of Horrors® (for a fee).
- Abide by the Continuing Education Policy for InterNACHI® Certified Inspectors.
The Exterior Inspector logo is available for use by all current InterNACHI® Certified Inspectors who have successfully completed InterNACHI's free, online "How to Perform Exterior Inspections" course.

- Members have unlimited access to all of InterNACHI's free, online courses. Learn at your own pace, and when you're ready, you can attain over 60 additional types of inspector certifications (at no additional cost).
