Central Florida Chapter meeting on April 1st.

EVERYONE is cordially invited to the next meeting of the Central Florida Chapter of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), Friday April 1st, 2005 at 6:00pm.  New and veteran home inspectors as well as members of all other associations are all welcome-you need not be a member of InterNACHI. Anyone interested in home inspections can attend.  Dress casual if you like as our meetings are informal and fun, the way they should be. Spouses welcome. Come hungry!  Cost is $30/person and this includes your dinner.

This meeting is open to all.  Topics:
 
Florida Licensing:  Greg Bell, Central Florida InterNACHI Chapter President will lead a discussion on the future of home inspection legislation in Florida.  It will be an open forum where all can discuss any concerns or ideas for this issue.  We will be starting a Florida Legislative committee to work on additional forms of legislation and other Florida home inspection licensing proposals.
 
Inspection Depot:  Michael Rowan, President of Inspection Depot, Inc. will be speaking about the new Inspection Depot-InterNACHI joint venture https://www.nachi.org/inspectiondepotillus.htm
 
Code Certification:  Steve Taylor and Greg Bell will be available to discuss any areas that members need assistance with regarding ICC and the ICC Study Group.
