Veteran Home Inspector to Teach at Bailey Academy of Real Estate

InterNACHI member Mike Rose, a veteran Atlanta home inspector since 1992, will be conducting the April15th-30th daytime Home Inspector class at Bailey Academy. Mike owns and operates Cornerstone Home Inspection Co., LLC, is President of InterNACHI's Atlanta Chapter, and sits on InterNACHI’s Continuing Education Committee.  He designed and taught the original "Home Inspectors Business Practices" course at Gwinnett Tech.–Continuing Ed. Dept. Mike holds technical diplomas from Dekalb Community College and a B.A. and MBA from the University of Miami. Mike is a big believer in education and stays up to date through his active memberships in InterNACHI and ASHI.

Prior to entering the home inspection profession, Mike Rose spent 15 years in the heating and air conditioning field operating his own residential HVAC service as a Lennox dealer. He earned an unrestricted Georgia Class II heating and AC license in 1981.

Mike says he looks forward to this opportunity to advance home inspector training through a great school.

Bailey Academy, located in Atlanta, is a state accredited provider of quality education for Real Estate, Appraising and Home Inspection.

The Introduction to Home Inspection course can also be used for continuing education in Georgia. CE for Appraising is 42 hours and CE for Real Estate is 24 hours.  This course is also InterNACHI approved for 24 hours of continuing education.
