Dear Blaine:

 

I wanted to confirm with you, prior to year end, our intention to provide InterNACHI members with a special discount feature that we discussed earlier this month. American Home Warranty will provide a special enrollment discount for InterNACHI members who join the American Home Warranty program in the months of January and February 2008.

 

Our normal one-time $200 enrollment fee will be discounted to $150.00 for InterNACHI home inspectors that choose to enroll with us on the independent program.

 

Bear in mind that this enrollment fee is waived if new home inspector members choose to take advantage of our Volume Discount Program. This is a great opportunity to acquire a quantity of pre-purchased limited warranties at a reduced per warranty price. There is no expiration on these limited warranties, so participating inspectors can use the 90-Day Buyers or 120-Day Sellers product on inspections throughout the year.

 

Please also note that we are continuing our valued joint alliance agreement with Brinks Home Security in 2008. Participation in this joint agreement with Brinks Home Security and American Home Warranty allows a home inspector member to offer two high quality / highly regarded benefits to clients. Participation in this program includes waiver of the one-time enrollment fee and means that with a qualified lead referral, Brinks will pay for the issuance of the warranty on behalf of the home inspector member, a win-win transaction for home inspector and client.
