InterNACHI member gets a ringing phone by manning booth in Virginia

InterNACHI member Timothy Gardner manned the InterNACHI booth at the Smith Mountain Lake Business Expo sponsored by the SML Chamber of COmmerce.  It was a one-day show to hightlight the business a and around SML.  The REALTORS represented were Owens and Company (areas largest), Century 21, Coldwell Banker, RE/MAX, ERA, Homestead, and others.  Several of the mortgage companys and hoem builders were there as well.  The InterNACHI booth was visited by over 5000 current and future residents of Smith Mountain Lake, VA.

Smith Mountain Lake is a 22000 acre hydro lake in SW Virginia with over 500 miles of shoreline. At any given time over the past 5 years there has been 300 houses under construction both on and off the lakefront.
