State law compliance reminder.

Many states require inspectors to display their state license number on all forms of advertising including web advertising.  InterNACHI has made it simple for members to comply with these laws in just one easy step:

Go to https://www.nachi.org/profile.htm and add your state license number to your suffix.

That's it!  Within 48 hours, your state license number will then be displayed on over 4,500 sites including www.InspectorLocator.com, www.InspectorNOW.com, www.FindanInspector.us, www.InspectorSEEK.com, www.CorrectInspect.com, www.IAC2.org, www.OverSeeIt.com, www.MoveInCertified.com, your free website at www.InspectorPages.com, and the North American Inspector Directory.

In some cases an unlicensed person who does not perform general home inspections may be listed on these sites if he/she is an inspection firm's office manager, owner, trainer, commercial property inspector, or an inspector who only offers ancillary services (chimneys, energy loss, indoor air quality, lead, mold, radon, septic, water quality, insects).  In such cases the inspector should of course inform inquiring consumers of the services the inspector is qualified to perform.

InterNACHI members can change their publicly displayed profile (which does not reveal the member's address) as often as desired.
