The first meeting of the Puerto Rico Chapter of InterNACHI on January 21st, 2006.

BIENVENIDOS A InterNACHI PUERTO RICO - SANTA MARIA CHAPTER!!!
 
 
You are invited to the organizational meeting of the Puerto Rico Chapter of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) on Saturday, January 21st at 8am.  New and veteran home inspectors, as well as members of all other associations, are all welcome-you need not be a member of InterNACHI.  Anyone interested in home inspections can attend.  Dress casual if you like, as our meetings are informal and fun, the way they should be.  Spouses welcome.  Come hungry!
 

This meeting is open to all!  Cost for early registration by mail $99.00, at the door $125.00, includes breakfast, lunch and break.

9am - 10:15am -  What is InterNACHI and How is InterNACHI going to help the Inspectors in Puerto Rico?
 
10:30 - 12noon - Standards of Practice
 
12noon - 1pm - lunch
 
1pm - 3pm - Contracts and Legal Aspects of the Inspection Profession
 
3:15pm - 4:30pm - How to Market your Business
 
4:30pm - 5pm - Round Table Discussion

Dues:  There are currently no dues required to join this Santa Maria Chapter.  You need not join to attend.
