New Image Software announces the release of its updated Inspector FX™ Software Suite.

New Image Software is pleased to announce the release of its updated Inspector FX™ Software Suite. Inspector FX creates easy to read residential and light commercial inspection reports for many types of inspections. Inspectors can collect and process reports in the field using a laptop or Tablet PC™ or use paper field forms to collect the data then prepare the final report back at the office. Electronically signed reports can be emailed to clients. All reports are stored in an easy to use database.

 

The cornerstone of Inspector FX is the General Home Inspection (GHI) report. GHI is a hybrid reporting system that uses check boxes, pull down value lists, photos and narrative comments for each major house system. Once the GHI report is completed, Inspector FX generates a summary report which provides a quick overview of those conditions that are considered to be critical to the sale of the property.

 

The suite also includes three optional modules. 1) The Business Package handles everything from the time the phone rings until the check is deposited in the bank. When run on a Tablet PC®, Pre-Inspection Agreements include the ability to capture a client's signature right on the tablet, making for a paperless transaction. 2) The ProForms package includes standalone Roof, Well, Septic, Pool/Spa, Radon and ERC inspection forms. ProForms also includes the ability to create custom forms complete with the inspector's company logo and signature. 3) The third module is WDI FX, a wdi inspection program.

 

New Image Software's CEO, Richard Jordan brings a unique perspective to the home inspection software business.
