NYS has approved the entire program offered at the Merrell Institute, with the
Appraisal Education Network School. We are offering a substantial discount to
InterNACHI members which is less than half of the prices of the other major approved
schools. We don't believe InterNACHI members should have to pay between $ 3,000 to
$ 5,000 to take a 100 hour classroom program. That is why we have held the line
and are offering the same program, approved by New York State at a discount rate
of only $ 1,000 including books for modules 1, 2, 3 and 4. We can even help those
who wish to perform Module 5 with us. Our module 5 price is also the least expensive
in the State of New York. We hope all schools will offer these approved programs
at a competitive pricing structure to benefit those entering the field! We are
also taking an extra $ 50 off the price of Module 5 exclusively for InterNACHI members
who need Module 5. Remember, you should complete Modules 1, 2, 3 and 4 to appreciate
Module 5 which is 40 hours of actual field inspecting with a Licensed Home Inspector.
