Why California inspectors should join CalNACHI

CalNACHI is committed to improving the livelihood of California residential and commercial property inspectors, and to serving the needs of the California real estate community and consumers at large through public forums and continuing education.  

 

CalNACHI is an organization whose time has come, an organization that serves the real needs of inspectors. However, to put it bluntly, inspectors should join if only because they can receive thousands of dollars in services and benefits for the annual membership fee of $235.00. But, of course, there are a hundred other reasons.

 

Its board of directors is comprised of volunteer inspectors who have impeccable credentials and who have stood the test of time. In other words, they are veteran leaders who have already distinguished themselves as leaders. However, don’t let anyone tell you what to do. Check out CalNACHI, see what it has to offer, read the SOP’s and COE’s, ask us any questions you may want, by telephone or email, and decide what works best for you, but we hope you’ll choose CalNACHI, because it really is the only sensible choice for California’s premier inspectors.

 

Inspectors may be divided politically and philosophically, as well they should be, but California has proven itself to be unique in the inspection industry and inspectors deserve to be represented by an organization committed to meeting the challenges that confront inspectors as they move into the twenty-first century. The board of directors and the entire staff of CalNACHI certainly wish you well in whatever organization you choose to belong but would be proud to have you as a member of our organization.
