MGB Publications, Inc. is pleased to announce the release of a new book, The Inspectors Reference.

This book describes the home inspection process in outline format.  The outline parallels the Guardian – Building Inspection Report, which is a home inspection report form available to home inspectors to document their findings on 3-part NCR pages ready for distribution at the conclusion of the inspection.

The outline is also a compilation of the strictest requirements found in InterNACHI's Standards of Practice which helps the inspector to meet if not exceed InterNACHI standards.

The book has quite a number of tips and recommendations from the author based upon his eleven years in the field with over nine thousand inspections performed to date.

It also offers many paraphrased industry safety standards and mentions useful documents and web sites that inspectors may wish to refer clients to for more information.

The author, Michael G. Bryan, developed it in the hope that inspectors may elect to carry it in their tool bag as a reference.
