Granite Construction Inspections (GCI) is the industry leader in providing quality

and remodeling to provide the highest standard of service. Our network of inspectors
is continuously expanding as we seek inspectors from all areas of the country
to service all 50 states, Canada and Mexico.
At GCI, we understand that our partnership with experienced, professional inspectors
is at the foundation of our success. With comprehensive web-based reporting, GCI
provides timely inspection verification confirming work-in-place for construction
lenders across the country. Our client list includes numerous national, regional,
and local banks, who understand they can rely on GCI to deliver accurate draw
inspections with a quick turn-around time.
To accomplish this we actively recruit reliable individuals who have the knowledge and ability to carry out professional construction inspections in a timely manner.
At GCI, we want you to start working immediately, so there are no application fees or start-up costs to become part of our Inspector Network.
Whether by zip code, county, or mile radius, Inspectors choose their own service area. We want you to spend your time inspecting the project, not driving to it.
We pay on a net 7-day basis through our Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
Our comprehensive, user-friendly web site makes it easy to receive and confirm each inspection and upload your photos and reports.
We service numerous national financial institutions in addition to smaller regional and local lenders, so there is a continuous demand for quality inspectors across the country.
