**Cell phone users may need to turn the phone to a landscape orientation to see “Cancel Membership” option.**
Start by either using the link above, or, from your main dashboard select the “Billing” link near the bottom on the left side of the screen. This will bring you to your “Billing Dashboard”. Near the top, you should see your phone number and address listed. Below that, there is an option for “Update Contact Info”, “Change Payment Method”, and finally “Cancel Membership” in green. This will bring you to the next screen where you type in a reason for your cancellation (this is optional), and a check box you must click on stating “I understand that my membership will be cancelled immediately.” To complete the cancellation, select the red “Cancel Membership” button at the bottom. The final screen confirms your cancellation and includes some need-to-know information.
