Florida Association of Professional Home Inspectors (FAPHI).

Nick Gromicko, Executive Director of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), has accepted the position of Executive Director for the Florida Association of Professional Home Inspectors (FAPHI). 

 

The Florida Association of Professional Home Inspectors (FAPHI) is not a division of InterNACHI and other than sharing a common Executive Director has no affiliation with InterNACHI. 

 

FAPHI is a non-profit organization committed to advancing and safeguarding the interests of the home inspection industry in Florida.  One of FAPHI's roles is to provide legislators and the public with an understanding of registration and how it can assure the public that those professional home inspectors are qualified.

 

FAPHI leadership is laying the ground work for Florida home inspector licensing with 6 more legislative meetings (5 with Florida State Representatives and one with a Senior House Aide) within the next 45 days. 

 

InterNACHI and FAPHI are holding a joint FL licensing meeting at the InterNACHI National Convention in Orlandon on January 26th-29th.  Anyone with a Florida I.D. or drivers license may attend.  Read https://www.nachi.org/iq.htm for more information.
