The Cert-A-Roof companies will launch their new inspector-dealer product with
InterNACHI (InterInternational Association of Certified Home Inspectors). After a rigorous
selection process, InterNACHI has been selected as the first “Industry Affiliate”.
They will be one of the first groups to participate in brining qualified roofing
certifications to the real-estate industry.
“We are very excited about the opportunity this brings to our inspector members,”
says Nick Gromicko, Founder and Director of InterNACHI Public Relations (Boulder
CO.). “This will be a tremendous way for inspectors to offer a higher level of
service to their clients, while they expand their business, revenues and expertise
at the same time”.
Cert-A-Roof has been providing roof certification training and offering C.E.
credits through training to industry professionals for over four years. With perfection
of the system complete, national expansion is the next step. “The starting point
of a “real” roof certification is a proper inspection,” says Les Watrous, CEO
of Cert-A-Roof. “Selecting and training the right group of qualified inspectors
to learn how to work with our program as dealers is key. The InterNACHI association
has those type of inspectors”
The Cert-A-Roof inspection process is a patented system that provides a detailed
yet simple process that allows an inspector to issue 2-Year Leak Free certifications
and make more money at many of his existing job sites. This process meets all
requirements of FHA sales. Cert-A-Roof is receiving support and endorsements from Real Estate Brokerage
companies, Reverse Mortgage lenders, and the two largest E&O insurance providers
to the home inspector industry (Allen Insurance and FREA).
