CATS expands to the United States!

Certified Adult Training Services (CATS) is proud to announce the opening of yet another training facility; this location is in the State of New York.

Today, New York State issued their final licensing approval to CATS Home Inspection Facility and its courses. The Department of State is also in the process of granting approvals for licensed CEUs (continuing education units) provided by CATS.
Our local, licensed instructors are also seasoned inspectors who understand what it takes to become a qualified, licensed inspector in the State of New York. Our focus in not just on the inspection process but, more so, on the success of our students.  Unlike other educational programs we offer a sixth module, structured around the business of home inspections and covers business plans, research and marketing.

All of our course materials have been written by seasoned home inspectors and are exclusively available to our students.  Our classrooms are filled with full-sized props; from structural components through to electrical panels and working test boards.
In addition to day and weekend classes, we offer evening classes where the student can work towards a new career while still employed in their current job.

Our first evening class, starting Tuesday, June 12, 2007, is an evening of introduction and orientation to the home inspection industry.
We are also extremely pleased to announce that included in our course, for all of our new students, is their first year's Membership fee to InterNACHI.

CATS training facility is in a great location in East Greenbush at 743 Columbia Turnpike, NY  12061 (east of Albany on Rt. 20).  This facility allows us to bring quality, hands-on training and education not only to new, but to seasoned inspectors, as well.  Our classrooms are large and are set up to be informal, allowing for a relaxed atmosphere.

Our THANKS goes out to the many, existing InterNACHI Inspectors who have helped in making this move into the United States possible.

THANK YOU and we look forward to meeting you!
