Boulder, Colorado -- The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) announced today a special program with Brink's Home Security.

The program offers InterNACHI members either $15 per inspection or a 90-day warranty for clients of InterNACHI inspectors (covers the InterNACHI inspector's inspection!)
The program also offers free alarm system inspections and reports for every client of a InterNACHI inspector.

How the Brinks Home Security program works:

Brink's Home Security will provide to any InterNACHI inspector a free inspection of any home alarm system, any time. In addition to the free alarm inspection, Brink's Home Security will either reimburse the inspector $15 for every alarm inspection that is processed through Brinks Home Security (no sale is necessary), or provide a free 90-day Limited Structural and Mechanical warranty for each of the inspector's clients. This warranty, provided by American Home Warranty, covers the systems that the InterNACHI inspector inspects!

Here is how a InterNACHI member uses the Brinks Home Security Program:

Ask your client (typically the home buyer) if there is an alarm system in the home and indicate this on your fax or email to Brinks.
Fax or email all inspections to Brinks Home Security every afternoon for the next day's inspections.
A uniformed Brinks technician will meet you at the home, perform an inspection of the alarm system, and prepare a report for your client. The technician will not attempt to sell your client anything.
You will automatically receive the $15 reimbursement for each inspection, or you can choose to have your client receive the free 90-day warranty from American Home Warranty which covers your inspection.

InterNACHI and Brinks have teamed up to offer non-members an opportunity to join InterNACHI at no charge (applicants must fulfill the free membership requirements at www.nachi.org/membership.htm but the first year's dues are pre-paid). Any non-member that signs up for this Brink's Home Security Inspection Program and sends to Brink's ten inspections will have their first year's membership in InterNACHI paid for.
